TipsBible is operated by NerdyTech HUB SRL (Romania) and KickOff Ventures LLC (United States) ("we", "us", "TipsBible"). By accessing this website or creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

TipsBible publishes football predictions, statistics and analysis for information and entertainment. Our predictions are opinions, not financial advice and not a guarantee of any outcome. We are not a bookmaker: we do not accept bets, hold funds or place wagers on your behalf. Any bet you place is your own decision and your own responsibility.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for gambling where you live, to use TipsBible. You may not use the service where doing so is prohibited by local law.

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity under your account. Premium is a paid subscription billed through our payment provider; you can cancel at any time, and when you cancel your Premium access ends immediately (the remaining time in the current billing period is not carried over). Prices and features may change, and we will tell you in advance where required.

Refunds. A refund of a Premium payment is available only if BOTH of these are true: (1) it is the very first subscription your account has ever had, and (2) you request it within 72 hours (3 days) of that first payment. If your account has held a subscription at any time before, no refund is given; and if more than 72 hours have passed since the payment, no refund is given. Where a refund is granted, the related Premium access ends immediately.

You agree not to scrape, copy, resell or redistribute our predictions or data, not to misuse or disrupt the service, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.

All content on TipsBible — predictions, text, design, logos and code — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may view it for personal, non-commercial use only.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any betting losses, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the predictions or the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page is the current one. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating entities, and disputes are subject to the competent courts there.
